India signs Treaty for the Visually Impaired

On April 30th, 2014, in a big step towards facilitating access to published works by the visually impaired or print disabled, India signed the “Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired, or Otherwise Print Disabled (MVT)“.
