Marrakesh “Blind” Treaty Okayed for Signature and Ratification

SpicyIP is given to believe that the Indian cabinet recently cleared the historical Marrakesh treaty (an international instrument that carves out a copyright exception for the disabled) for both signature and ratification. It is expected that India would do this at the SCCR meeting in Geneva, starting today.
